The greatest danger of using AI agents is to use an undisciplined approach. These tools are so powerful that undisciplined use can wreak havoc that is difficult to unwind.

In this video, we examine the core disciplines of testing and refactoring using an AI agent such as Claude Code. Three case studies are explored in detail. Two are created from scratch, and the last is a very old piece of legacy code that needs modernization.
